Digital Alberta is one of a few organizations I follow in Calgary. I used to be a member and a volunteer but with too many things on the go these days I’m only an observer. Anyways, if you’re interested in technology and digital arts and you live in Calgary, Alberta, you might want to consider signing up for Digital Alberta newsletter to follow what’s going on in the industry. SEO Industry Survey Results 2010 by SEOmoz released!

I’m proud to say that I took part in SEOmoz survey earlier this year. 10,000 other industry professionals took this survey. So, why am I proud to be part of it? The two main reasons are:

1. SEOmoz is doing a great job as a thought leader in SEO industry, they engage the community and share the knowledge. And I’m pleased to be part of this community of SEO enthusiasts.
2. There’s a lot of unsubstantiated buzz around SEO. This survey is a way to structure / organize and unify the information around SEO. And I contributed to this great cause (as a 0,0001 ;).

Just wanted to share with you a great work that I just spotted on Digital Alberta’s website. I’ve actually been looking at the organization for a few months now, it’s a great team of people. A few of my former colleagues are working to make the Digital Alberta happen and I’m extremely proud of what they have done to day! In any case, just spotted a great video editing job, as well as great execution!
