In many cases it involves engaging in relevant conversations with the relevant message through major social media networks like Facebook, Linkedin or Google Plus. And as a results whoever searches for your brand on Google can see the negative publicity (which may not even be true) about your company. My goal is to ensure we’re aware of all negative things online and fixing things using the tactics of search engine optimization.
